Co-Founder & Lead Technical Consultant — The Practical Edge
Malcolm brings over 20 years of international experience in building and securing digital infrastructures across the Seychelles, Cyprus, and Kenya. With deep roots in IT leadership for luxury hospitality and financial bureaus, Malcolm ensures that CompliSey's technical solutions are built on a foundation of architectural resilience and operational reliability.
He specializes in creating transparent, audit-ready systems that bridge the gap between complex digital data and institutional requirements. In 2024, he formalized his decades of field experience with CPD-certified diplomas in Fraud Management and AML Awareness, ensuring that CompliSey's software and training are anchored in the highest standards of financial integrity and modern compliance.
Eric D'Souza
Co-Founder & Regulatory Compliance Expert — The Policy Architect
Eric is a results-driven professional with a distinguished career in the Seychelles Non-Bank Financial Services Industry. During his tenure at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Eric was instrumental in shaping national policy, notably coordinating the National Risk Assessment on Virtual Assets & VASPs and driving the enactment of the VASP Act, 2024.
With a Bachelor's in International Business Management and specialized certification in Crypto-asset Anti-Financial Crime, Eric translates high-level legislation into actionable business strategies. His experience in industrial policy design and SME capacity building ensures that CompliSey's training and advisory services are anchored in the most current regulatory frameworks.

As a systems integrator, we deploy, configure, and support the CompliSey compliance platform for your organisation. We deliver implementation, training, and operational support—from sanctions and PEP screening with operational refresh to automated risk-scoring—so controls work in your environment.
2. Compliance Awareness
Regulatory change moves quickly. We brief boards and senior management on developments that matter to fintech, virtual assets, and international AML standards.
3. Theory & Practical Training
Training covers AML/CFT theory and practice. Eric brings policy depth; Malcolm brings implementation experience. Sessions are built around how your team actually works.
